Certificate Terms
Complimentary Certificate Terms
El Cafe by La Abuela may offer access to complimentary certificates through promotional campaigns. Complimentary means the certificate itself may be provided at no charge. It does not mean the full experience is free.
Most certificates require a redemption fee when the guest chooses to redeem. Depending on the certificate, taxes, booking fees, service fees, deposits, shipping, gratuities, travel costs, blackout dates, availability rules, and third-party provider terms may also apply.
The exact redemption fee, taxes, restrictions, expiration dates, and provider terms will be shown in the certificate redemption process before the guest completes redemption. Guests should read those terms before redeeming.
Certificate availability is limited. Receiving or requesting access does not guarantee that a specific certificate, date, restaurant, hotel, travel option, or experience will be available.
Once a person receives a specific certificate type, that same person may not receive the same certificate type again for twelve months. El Cafe by La Abuela may still invite that person to different certificate campaigns or different certificate types during that period.
Certificates are promotional incentives. They are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not discounts applied directly to El Cafe food unless a specific campaign says so in writing.
By checking the consent box and requesting certificate access, you agree that El Cafe by La Abuela may send the certificate and occasional related offers by email and text. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
